During this lesson, we worked hard to create a scene out of ordinary shapes and a set of three colors. The Scene I created was designed around some "animal-like" creatures and then having them arranged in a specific way to tell a story. The colors I chose follow the RED-PURPLE-BLUE color spectrum. The picture to the left is the first attempt at my print making. This was actually my best one because the colors didn't come out as splotchy as the final design (See picture to the right... the farthest left) The picture to the right is all of the prints combined (Left, Final Draft. Middle, First Attempt. Right, "Ghost Print") The Ghost print out of all of these actually turned out to be my favorite because of the colors the paint mixing and the shapes came out white and has some serious contrast which speaks well for the painting.
